To locate a quality replacement battery vendor for a specific Apple product if they are
not available through the Apple Store online, may require use of your product serial
number and a call to the Apple Store to ask (to be sure they don't have one) even if
you cannot find one in the online store itself. If the computer has a built-in battery, it
may be serviced by an independent authorized Apple service provider. In some cases
you may find they could help locate a battery for older gear; perhaps not original Apple.
If your computer is newer than the 2009 model year, it would likely have a built-in battery.

So if you are not in the US or Canada, your options may vary. A quality reputable vendor
should be able to offer a one-year standard guarantee or warranty. The actual use duration
may vary, as per 'cycles' and how much you rely on the battery, how it gets recharged, or
if you let the computer run the battery flat dead; these can make for poor battery life.

iPhone battery replacement
If your iPhone is covered by warranty, AppleCare+, or consumer law, we'll replace your battery at no charge. Not sure if you're covered? Check if you have AppleCare+ by entering your iPhone serial number.
If your iPhone has any damage that impairs the replacement of the battery, such as a cracked screen, that issue will need to be resolved prior to the battery replacement. In some cases, there may be a cost associated with the repair.
